If you purchased an item(s) from Madeofficialsite.com and want to exchange it for a different color, size or style, you can do so by returning the item(s)—within 30 days of receiving the shipment—to the address below with a copy of your original receipt and a written explanation of the items you would like.
Please contact our customer service department prior to returning the item to check availability. Item(s) being sent back for exchange must be in new, unused condition with original tags still attached. We will ship the new items to the original address at no extra charge. Item(s) purchased from Madeofficialsite.com must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund, within 30 days of receiving the shipment.
Limited edition items and items purchased on sale can not be returned for a refund.
